To all of the teachers of the Cedar Hill ISD, we thank you for all you do!

Now, we want to help you. These Education Foundation Grants are available for you to help guide our children to be the best that they can be.

How to Apply: You can apply for the Grants listed below by following these steps: (Application Deadline is 4:00 PM on the third Friday of January. If the deadline falls on a holiday, the grant application must be received by 4:00 PM the following school day.) 

  1. Click on the title of the Grant to open the online application,
  2. Fill out the online application,
  3. Print 3 copies of the completed application,
  4. Send all 3 copies to CHISD Education Foundation.

Grant Summaries are due to the Foundation no later than the first Tuesday in May.

(Alternatively, PDF versions are available for printing and then completing by hand.)

Types of Grants: The following grants are provided through the Cedar Hill ISD Education Foundation funding.

Grant to Teacher: Up to $1,000 (optional PDF Version)

School Site Grant: Up to $10,000 (optional PDF Version)

Cross-Campus Team Grant: Up to $10,000 (optional PDF Version)

Carolyn Hunt Memorial “Celebrate the Arts” Grant to Teacher: Up to $1,000 (optional PDF Version)

Carolyn Hunt Memorial “Celebrate the Arts” Professional Enrichment Grant: Up to $1,500 (optional PDF Version)
